In November 2025, Pacific Place opened its festive season with Ticket to Christmas, a campaign for Swire Properties running from 14 November 2025 to 2 January 2026. Pacific Place is a retail, office and hotel complex in Admiralty, Hong Kong. The client wanted to stand out in Hong Kong’s most crowded festive period, when every major mall competes for the same audiences in the same feeds, and to convert attention into footfall and sales across both Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct. Voltage X was appointed to build the campaign’s digital storytelling across Hong Kong and Mainland platforms.
Voltage X built one visual world, Christmas Grand Central, and carried it across 6 digital platforms for 50 days. We produced AI-animated content around an 18-character cast, including the Bear Family reels, animated magazine covers, 6 clock tower animations playing on the half hour, and animation for the campaign website. Our KOL line up brought Tyson Yoshi and Christy into the same world, filmed inside the campaign’s visual universe. Content was localised for Instagram, Facebook, XHS, WeChat, Baidu and Meituan, and the identity was extended to the MTR tunnel linking Admiralty to Pacific Place.
Ticket to Christmas won Gold for Best Use of Visual Storytelling at the DigiZ Awards 2026. The PR campaign for Swire Properties delivered 436 media pieces and over HK$10.5 million in PR value, while the campaign website took 886,000 visits, up 32% year on year, and social media engagement totalled 5.9 million, up 23%. Daily footfall and campaign sales rose 7% and 18% year on year across both locations, and the Santa Express photo experience sold out within 30 minutes. Holding one visual world across Hong Kong and Mainland platforms kept the story intact wherever audiences found it, and pulled unprompted user content and celebrity visits into Pacific Place through the full run.
