The Fleming Hotel is one of the most iconic boutique hotels in Hong Kong. Working with design firm A Work Of Substance, The Fleming has the unique cross-harbour ferry inspired interior design that exudes a maritime theme that embraces the Hong Kong of yesteryear.
Voltage X provided a three-pronged approach in order to increase The Fleming’s online presence, build up their brand and also drive traffic to their website for direct booking. We utilised tactical social campaigns, smart community management and influencer marketing collaborations. With this, Voltage X launched an online campaign targeting millennials, which are always looking for the best hotel online with tactical offers to drive traffic to The Fleming’s website. Through constant interaction with followers and speaking from their POV, we are able to build a cohesive online community with a significant number of User Generated Content (UGC). We have collaborated with travel and hospitality bloggers to share reviews so as to attract target audiences to The Fleming’s Facebook, Instagram and website.
As a result, both The Fleming’s Instagram and Facebook accounts have increased tremendously in terms of following and engagement rate. Most importantly, we were able to reach The Fleming’s target audience, not only regionally but also internationally.
