Founded by Englishman Scott Thompson in 2003, CARAT* LONDON is one of the world’s leading luxury fashion jewellers. CARAT* LONDON designs, develops and assembles fine jewellery using its own uniquely created gemstones. In 2015, CARAT* LONDON relocated and opened their new shop in IFC, Central.
The primary objective for our retainer with CARAT* LONDON was to inform the public about the relocation of Carat London to their new shop in IFC and to educate their target audience about their carefully created gemstones. Voltage X provided Public Relation services to achieve exposure and foot fall at their new shop. Voltage X used an intergrated strategy of KOL marketing and Celebrity features, through this we invited a high profile celebrity – Eliza Sham for the new shop opening ceremony in order to maximise overall exposure. In terms of our media strategy and daily media pitching, we also implemented celebrity and KOL strategies to increase online and offline exposure.
As a result, over 20 media publications attended the opening event and 76 pieces of coverage was obtained within the 8 month retainer period.
