The goal

Pacific Place, under Swire Properties, offers extraordinary experiences in shopping, dining and entertainment. Voltage X was invited to manage Pacific Place’s social media platforms , providing visual and written content creation.

The Strategy

Voltage X began by conducting in-depth research on the client’s current social media performance and content, taking into consideration the current trends among malls and in the retail industry. Posts and visuals are then created, along with monthly photo and video shootings of tenants for content curation.

The Result

Social media posts planned and written by Voltage X received positive feedback, with remarkable results for monthly festive promotions, including Christmas and Lunar New Year.
